We kindly request all customers cooperation to follow the warranty claim procedures for Lithium Golf brand batteries. To ensure a streamlined and efficient process, we have outlined the following steps for your reference:

Step 1:

Upon receiving a warranty claim from a customer, please follow the instructions below:

1. Request the customer to provide detailed descriptions and accompanying photos.

2. For Parallel series batteries, kindly ensure that the customer submits photos of the entire battery kit, as well as close-up images of the specific battery in question. This will enable us to assess how the batteries are interconnected and identify the serial number (SN) of the battery concerned.

3. For Amplus Series batteries, please ask the customer to provide photos of the top of the battery, the main switch side, and each gauge screen.

 

Please kindly inform the customers that they are responsible to provide all relevant information so that we can process the warranty claim.

Step 2:

Please forward all relevant information regarding a warranty claim to us without delay before you proceed to approve the warranty claim. Each claim will be assigned a unique case number in our warranty system, and we will address them individually. A warranty claim should only be actioned upon from your end after you receive confirmation and instructions from us. Pre-emptive acceptance of a warranty claim on your part without our prior confirmation will not guarantee the success of a warranty claim from us which may leave you out-of-pocket.

Step 3:

Once we have verified all the warranty information provided, we will promptly provide you with the claim instructions. Please note that we reserve our right to request the customer to return the product(s) in question to the local dealer or to us directly.
